Hello. Are you able to add a 2 inch receiver adapter to this trailer hitch?

Hi Joel; you can use a 1-1/4" to 2" adapter with the Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver # 24827. However, you need to make sure it is Class I compatible like the # HTAD. The other thing to keep in mind is that the use of an adapter will reduce the capacity of the hitch by 50%.
