George, it looks like the closest I was able to find is the Kenda Loadstar # AM3H454 which has a 5 on 5 1/2 bolt pattern and a 4" pilot (bore) diameter.

The wheel measures 10" x 6", sits in 205/65-10 tires that has a E load range, and has max weight capacity of 1,650 lbs at 90 psi.

The other tires on the trailer are 14 1/2. So the ten in wouldn’t really work

@George Gotcha. It looks like all of the wheel/tire combos we have with that bolt pattern come with a 10" wheel. Alternatively, you could use the wheel # TA37RR, which is a bit bigger at 15", has a -0.67" offset and has the 5 on 5 1/2 bolt pattern, with the tire # AM10245 which is also a bit bigger at 205/75R15.
