Parts Needed to Repair a Kwikee Series 25 RV Steps

Question:
Kwikee Series 25 RV Steps will not fully retract or extend. Motor is working, gear seems a bit worn. Seems that steps bind up as they are retracting and extending. Also, looking at the linkage from the gear to the linkage arm, appears to be some damage. Looking for the right combination of parts to repair. I have a video, but it is a large file and will not upload.

Thanks for the picture and information John! I would start out by replacing the gear item # LC369354 and the linkage item # LC369488. If that doesn't get your Kwikee Series 25 RV Steps up and running you should look into replacing the control unit item # LC363982.

That is what I thought. Looks like the linkage is binding up on the attachment to the gear. Thanks for your help.
