Hello Tracy, thanks for writing in.
In order to flat tow your 2016 Ford F150 4X4 Limited I recommend starting with the Demco Tabless Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # DM56MV. An excellent tow bar for this baseplate is the Demco Dominator Non-Binding Tow Bar - RV Mount - 2" Hitch # DM9511008 which are rated for 7,500 lbs. However, if you plan on having heavy items in the bed of the truck like an ATV or other large items while flat towing then I suggest going up a weight rating to the Demco Excali-Bar III Non-Binding Tow Bar - RV Mount - 2" Hitch # DM9511013 which are rated from 10,500 lbs. The great thing about both of these tow bars is that they come with the safety cables already installed.
For the wiring to get your blinkers and brake lights working you are going to want the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267, the nice part about this kit is that it also included the 6 way connector for the front of the F150 and the cord to connect the coach to towed vehicle.
Now the 2016 Ford F150 is known to drain the battery while flat towing, so you are going to want Roadmaster Battery Charge Line Kit for Towed Vehicles # RM-156-25, and if the coach doesn't already have the charge line built in then you will want Roadmaster Battery Charge Line Kit for Motorhomes # RM-156-75, this will give you that piece of mind when you get to your destination your vehicle battery will not be dead and it will fire right up.
For the braking system if your Coach has Air Brakes you will want Demco Air Force One Flat Tow Brake System for RVs w/ Air Brakes - Proportional # SM99243, if your Coach has Hydraulic Brakes you will want Demco Stay-IN-Play Duo Flat Tow Brake System for RVs w/ Hydraulic Brakes - Proportional # SM99251.
I have included install video for the wiring and base plate; instructions are also attached so you can take a look.

Hey Tracy, how did your flat tow setup for the F-150 come together with the Demco base plate and tow bar? Did the wiring and brake systems work smoothly with your coach? Your update could make it easier for the next person setting up a similar truck.
