Question:
Can I use this to replace a coupler inner tube that uses only set screws? If not, what would you recommend?

Hey Steve, I believe what you are looking for is actually the part # BD0287690300. This coupler tube is 4-1/2 inches in overall diameter and is designed to have set screws secure it in place to the outer tube.
I can't recommend the B and W you mentioned for that.
