Recommended Suspension Enhancement for a 2024 Forest River Campsite Reserve
Updated 12/22/2025 | Published 10/17/2024 >
Question:
I currently have a 2024 forest river campsite reserve with tandem 3500 axles with underslung suspension. I was considering the comfort ride RM-2450 or a set of sumo spring. Could the two be used in combination, or would one be recommended over the other? I am looking for ride comfort while towing and decreased road impact to the camper and contents inside On my 3rd tv…. Thank you in advance!!

Ethan, unfortunately since the SumoSprings and the Roadmaster Comfort Ride # RM-2450 install in the same place you actually couldn't use them at the same time.
Between the two, I recommend going with the Comfort Ride # RM-2450 because they sound exactly like what you're looking for. These springs will work with tandem 3,500 lb axles, will reduce road vibration and help provide a more comfortable towing experience.
