Question:

I’m looking into the Lippert SolidStep RV Steps for 25 - 28-7/8 Wide Doorways - 2 Steps. The one I had, had quick detach connection to the trailer. Does this one or do you sell one that has spring assist quick detach connection?

Hey Emerson, it sounds like you previously had an older version of the MORryde StepAbove which had a quick disconnect built into the hinge system. The Lippert Stepabove part # LC733931 that you referenced does not have that nor does it have a strut/spring assist to raise and lower it since it is a two step model which doesn't weigh quite as much.

The most similar MORryde step above that has this is the part # MR26RR which fits doorway widths of 23-3/4 inch to 26-1/4 inch.

@EmersonD Actually I spoke too soon, the current 2nd gen StepAbove also has the pins that can pull out of the hinge to make it a quick release. The most similar option to what you mentioned would be the part # MR26RR which fits 23-3/4 inch to 26-1/4 inch wide doors.
