Question:

i installed the c57000. i my 13 armada everything work except for the running lights, i did some research and found that i needed an additional relay.

You are correct. The Armada for some reason seems to lack an additional relay in the in-cab fuse panel. Installing this relay will allow the tow package running light circuit to work. The relay you need is one of the blue relays from the Curt Relay Kit # C57000. The panel is located under the driver side dash to the left of the steering column.
