Question:
Can this be used with an andersen 3350 wd hitch which is a 2inch shank going into a 2.5inch receiver with a reducer sleeve??

Hello Brandon, we meet again; the Curt Anti-Rattle Kit # C69HR is designed for a hollow shank. I believe the Andersen has a solid shank so that would not work. Even if it didn't, the sleeve probably uses the same hitch pin hole from your 2-1/2" receiver so the pin from the Curt Anti-Rattle wouldn't be able to make it all the way through to secure it.
What you can use instead is the Blue Ox Hitch Receiver Immobilizer III # BX88312. I know the cost is quite a bit higher but it is the only option for a solid shank. This is specifically designed for a setup like yours with a 2-1/2" hitch using a 2" adapter.
