Question:
Is this the part that goes into the hitch receiver on the back of the vehicle? Similar to the picture added but for the blackhawk 2 all terrain.

Yes, the Replacement Hitch Shank # RM63GR is the part of the tow bar that fits into the hitch receiver on the towing vehicle (see highlighted yellow part of attached BlackHawk 2 All-Terrain # RM-422 photo).
