Can this base plate be used to two my 2023 Bronco with the plastic bumper behind a Thor Axis/Vegas? Seeing that the Thor Axis/Vegas are on E-450 chassis with a low trailer hitch that is about 18inch - 19inch off the ground.

Wiring Harness - Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit item # RM-15267. This diode kit will splice into your tail light wiring to display the signals from your motorhome through the tail lights of your Bronco. If you have LED's then you'll want to use item # RM38FR instead.
Charge Line Kit - Roadmaster Battery Charge Line Kit item # RM-156-25
Supplemental Braking System - SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System item # SM99251
High Low Adapter - The tow bar needs to be within 3" of level. If you measure the height of the inside top of the hitch receiver tube on your RV, and the height difference is more than 3 inches above/below the base plate tab height, you'll need a high/low adapter.
