Hello Victoria, thanks for reaching out. The License Plate and Tail Light Kit for Yakima StageTwo Bike Rack # Y59VR can indeed be used on a Ford F350. I am familiar with the LED lighting issues you mentioned. Some newer ford models have a hard time recognizing LED lights since the power draw is so minimal. In these cases, the 7-Way to 4-Way/5-Way Trailer Adapter for Vehicles with Lamp-Out Sensors Towing Trailers with LEDs part # C35FR can be used to resolve the issue and help the truck work with the LED lights.
