Yes, the Folding Basket Adapter # 52015 will work with your Curt # C18152.
Even though it’s only officially listed with the # C18150, both baskets use the same center support shank design, so the adapter will mount up the same way and give you a secure fit.

I bought the Folding Basket Adapter 52015 and paired it with the Curt 18152 cargo carrier. It worked even better than I expected on my small SUV that has a 2" receiver hitch. I took it on a long vacation with my family a few years ago. The whole setup was nice and solid -- very strong. It was great because the folding basket adapter extends out far enough that it allowed me to leave the cargo basket attached to my receiver hitch when we were stopped for the night with the cargo carrier folded up out of the way -- there was enough clearance to still be able to open my back tailgate. Of course I used locking pins to keep the whole setup secure from theft.
