These are specifically designed to fit only the dually models. They have a 5,000 lbs capacity and come with custom fit brackets that bolt to pre-existing holes in your Ford without drilling.
Airbags like item # F2061 are going to be the best option for you because of the adjustability. You'll be able to fine tune the pressure in the bags for your comfort depending on what kind of load you are carrying and how the weight is placed on the rear of your E-350.
I also recommend adding the Firestone Air Command item # F2610 to your van. This onboard compressor will allow you to adjust the PSI in your air bags from your phone.
