Recommended 2 Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes On a 2015 Forest River Flagstaff 26WLS Super Lite

Hello, I have a 2015 Forest River 26RWLS Flagstaff Super Lite travel trailer. It has a spare tire rack bolted onto the rear bumper. Im looking for a bike rack that bolts on to the rear bumper that can handle an electric bike and a regular bicycle. If I have to remove the spare tire mount, so be it. Do you know of any bolt on bike mounts for this? And, is my trailer bumper rated to handle this amount of weight? Thanks.

Yes Tony I am aware of what you're describing and it does exist. Depending on how heavy your bikes are, the RV Bumper 2 Bike Rack # S80605 could work for you. This bike rack will work with continuous welded steel square bumpers that are at least 4" and no more than 4-1/2" wide, will work with two bikes that weigh up to 30 lbs each, and is made of steel.
If your bikes are heavier than that, then I recommend just installing a hitch like # 5350 and use a standard bike rack like the Hollywood Racks RV Rider Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes # HLY64FR. This would most likely require the spare tire carrier to be removed, though.

Hey Tony, how did things go with the bike rack setup on your Flagstaff trailer? Were you able to use the bumper rack or did you end up adding the hitch for the heavier bikes? Your update could make it easier for the next person trying to carry e-bikes on a similar trailer.
