Hardware Required To Mount Lippert Tailgate Storage System To RV Trailer With Less Than 4" Clearance

I do not have 4” of clearance between my camper body and bumper. Can you tell me which mounts would work for the flip down storage rack? Looking through question it’s not clear which is the correct one.

Since you do not have the 4" of clearance to mount the Installation Hardware # LC373965 for the Lippert Components Flip Down Slotted Bike Rack Tailgate Storage System # LC243621, you will need the Lippert Tailgate Storage System Mounting Kit - Over Bumper # LC432336. This hardware allows you to mount the brackets on top of your trailers bumper. Depending on your travel trailer it may be necessary to lower the underbelly to access the frame for mounting these brackets.
