Which Vehicle Taillight Wire Runs to Roadmaster Smart Diode Kit on 2024 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited

Question:
During the video for installing the Roadmaster Smart Diode Kit for Jeeps with LED Bulbs, the installer cut the yellow wire stating it was the brake light wire. The Roadmaster instructions say to cut the taillight wire and not the brake light wire. Please confirm which is the correct wire to splice into. Thanks

Hello Mike; when installing the # RM47ZR you need to use the taillight wire. I'm assuming you have ParkSense since you got the smart diode kit. If you use the green or yellow brake light wire it will mess with the system on Jeeps that have ParkSense.
