It appears their is a height difference between the curt 30k and 38k pound gooseneck ball?

Hey Travis, yes it is true that the 38k Curt gooseneck ball part # C58CR is a bit taller than the 30k part # C60618. The 38k ball has a 1-5/8 inch rise built into it.

Hey Victor, yes the Long U-Bolt Kit part #RM33KT is a Roadmaster brand u-bolt kit. This does include nuts and washers as well.
