Hey John to convert your hydraulic brakes to electric brakes you're most likely going to need a new set of hubs. Electric brakes require a smooth inside of the hub and hydraulic brake drums have casting holes. If you could comment below with the numbers stamped into the sides of your bearings and your lug nut pattern I would be happy to find you the right set.

Here are the rest of the parts you will need:

12" Brake Assembly - Dexter Electric Trailer Brakes item # 23-105-106 if you have a 5 bolt mounting flange or item # 23-105-106-09 if you have a 4 bolt one.

Trailer Breakaway Kit - Tekonsha Push-To-Test Trailer Breakaway Kit item # 50-85-313

Junction Box - Trailer Wiring Junction Box item # 38656

Hopkins 7-Way RV Style Connector item # H20046

Brake Wire Sold by the Foot - 12 Gauge Black Primary Wire item # 12-1-1

Hey John, were you able to get the bearing numbers and lug pattern from your Load Rite trailer? Once you have those details, I can help make sure the new hubs and electric brakes are the right fit. Let me know what you find so we can narrow it down.
