The trunk mount bike rack I recommend for your 2023 Toyota RAV4 is the Yakima FullBack # Y02634 partly because it's the only standard rack to fit your vehicle, but also partly because it is just a great rack to begin with. I love how easy it is to use and install compared to other models, and I actually got the chance to install this on a 2019 RAV4 so I'm linking that video to this answer page so you can see it in action.
