Question:
I have a Maxxair Delux with manual lift, 4 speed, exhaust only P/N: MA00-06401k. I was wondering if I can add the reverse function and remote controllability if I swap my circuit board and keypad with MA10A21275k and MA10-21304k respectively? I understand that it would still be a manual lift I just care about adjusting the fan speed with the controller and having the reverse function.

No, sorry it will not. The circuit board, item # MA10-04301k-v16, that fits your MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vent item # MA00-06401K has completely different connectors then the Replacement Printed Circuit Board item # MA10A21275K you were looking at.
You would need to upgrade your vent to something like the MaxxFan item # MA00-07500K to get the features you want.
