Question:
I have a 2020 Solitude 310Gk and 2021 Chevy 3500HD short bed. Looking for recommendations to change pin box for either Reese or GenY goosebox. Will I need offset for bed and cab clearance?

Hey Jim,
If you have a short bed you'll definitely want to use an offset gooseneck ball to help provide more turning clearance, but could still not be able to make a 90 degree turn depending on the taper of the trailer's nose. Offset balls are specific to the hitch brand so you'll want to see what you have and choose accordingly:
Curt Double-Lock Gooseneck Hitch # C602
B&W Turnoverball # BWGNXA4085
Reese Hide-A-Goose # 19308
GM OEM Puck System # GY73XR
As for swapping out the pin box you'll need to need to first determine your bolt pattern. There's typically a white sticker someone on the pin box that lists the RPO#, which I can use to look up the bolt pattern. I was able to see your GVWR is 15,000lbs with a 2,350lb pin weight so we'll just need that bolt pattern now to pick out the right replacement.

Hey Jim, did you get a chance to check your pin box for the RPO number so you could confirm the bolt pattern? Once you had that, were you able to pick a Goose Box that fit your Solitude and gave you enough clearance? Your results could really help others towing with a short-bed Chevy.
