Does this lock work for Receiver hitches with the sleeves for larger hitches? Such as with a 2019 GMC 2500 HD?

Yes Erik, the Blue Ox Receiver and Coupler Latch Lock Set # BLU36XR can be used with receivers with a sleeve. This pin has a 3 1/2" span of useable length which should be plenty.
