Question:
Re: Safety cable, I already have the Blue Ox 7’, so I’m looking at your 8” and 12” safety cable extenders, RM-910648-12 I’ve watched videos, etc. and cannot determine if the length includes the quick link coupler. I will order the one that gives me an extra 10 to 12” including the coupler’s 3”.

First, before flat towing your 2011 Mini Cooper, be sure the tires are filled to the recommended psi and in good condition. More importantly, be certain your steering column is not locked; if your tires are unable to turn they would wear out quickly. If you think your safety cables may be an issue, and yours are shorter than 7', an option would be the Blue Ox Blue Ox 7' Safety Cables # BX88197.
Another thing you could do is add an anti-rattle device such as the Blue Ox Hitch Receiver Immobilizer II - 2" hitches # BX88224, which is going to help your Mini track better behind your Holiday Rambler.
As for your high-low adapter, 4 inches would not be enough, you want to be as level as possible, but no more than 3 inches above or below level. If your current adapter gives you 6 inches of drop and you are 4 inches of drop away from being level then I recommend the Roadmaster High-Low Adapter - 10-1/4" Rise/Drop # RM-048-10. This will give you the 4 inches you need to make you level.
Finally, the windshield wiper blades you need for your 2011 Holiday Rambler Trip are the ClearPlus Sentinel Windshield Wiper Blades are # CP11281. You'll need to get two as they fit both driver and passenger side of your RV. These are 29" and not 32" but are a confirmed fit for a '11 Holiday Rambler Trip.
