Question:

What length Yakima fairing is for the 50 crossbars I bought from you a few months ago for my 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee? Is there an alternative solution to the wind noise other than the fairing?

Hi Chris; to find the right size fairing you have to measure the distance between the towers. More than likely you need the Yakima WindShield Fairing for Roof Racks - 46" Long # Y05018. If you don't have 46" of available space you can move down to the 40" # Y05017. The fairing is the best option for noise reduction aside from removing the rack when not in use.

The distance between the factory rails at the front of the vehicle (measured from the insides of the rails) is 41". If my measurement should be different let me know the exact measuring points.

@ChrisB by towers I meant your SkyLine towers. You can double check but the measurement should be the same or similar since they attach on those rails. If you have 41" then the 40" fairing is the one you need.
