I have a 8 K Dexter axel. what is the lug nut size ? The old nuts were 60 degrees . Thank you,

The axle or actually the hub, like the Dexter item # 8-285-11UC3, doesn't really determine which lug nut you use as long as it's compatible with a 9/16" wheel stud.
The wheel itself is what dictates whether a coned lug nut is needed and what angle the cone needs to be. Most most trailer wheels use a 60º coned lug nut like item # 6-53 for a steel wheel or item # LHLR110 for an aluminum wheel.
