I have a 1978 EZ Loader 5.4 Boat Trailer that is fitted with a Valleyinch brand, Model 5411, 2500 winch. The removable winch handles for it, are gone. The winders are 1-1/16 inch square. Is the square receiver for this DL6454 Replacement Handle also 1-1/6 inch square? Please see photo attached...

Hi Bob; the square opening on the Replacement Removable Handle Kit for Dutton-Lainson DLB-Series Brake Winches # DL6454 measures 1-1/4" so it isn't an exact match. Even if it was it wouldn't attach very well to what you have as is. The best option at this point is to replace the winch with a new one like the Dutton-Lainson # DL14825 or # DL15721.
