Can I Cut The Plug Off The Progressive Dynamics 9300 Series RV Converter And Direct Wire It?

KZ fifth wheel with 30 amp one ac plug want to go lithium 100 amp what converter do you recommend? And mine is direct wired no room to install standard 110 outlet to plug inverter into. Can i cut plug off and direct wire? Thanks

Hello Rob. The best option for a 30 amp lithium compatible converter is the Progressive Dynamics 9300 Series RV Converter Charger # PD49RR. I do have to caution against cutting off the plug since this will void your warranty. If you are comfortable with that, and confident in your ability to modify the cord, the converter technically can still be used in this way.
