Question:
We have a trailer that has 3 axles and is registered for 24,000 GVW. The tongue weight is rated at 3000 LBS. I am interested in an anti sway system. The closest I have been able to find is the BOSS torsion hitch from Gen-Y. Is there a better option for our set up?

Hey Tom, thanks for reaching out!
The BOSS Gen-Y 2-Ball Mount would be the best option since it has the torsion for cushioning and the 32K max weight rating. This is available for 2-1/2" and 3" receivers so you'll choose from the following:
- 2-1/2" Hitch # GY79FR
- 3" Hitch # GY25NR
The torsion part isn't really designed for side-to-side sway, but it will help you have a smoother towing experience with such a heavy-duty trailer. I haven't seen any weight distribution/sway control setups for a 24K trailer, but if your trailer is equipped with electric brakes you can use the Tuson Trailer Sway Control System # 335TSC-1000 which slightly taps the brakes when it senses sway to help keep you in control of the trailer.
I'm attaching some review videos of these products for your reference. Please let me know if you have any additional questions!
