Is There a 2k Rated Trailer Axle Solution that Has Parking Brake

Question:
Putting together a part list for an axle for an off road camper, that will be pulled by a side by side. This will be as light as l can manage to make it, with that said l believe a two thousand pound axle should work I want a manual parking brake l’m not able to find a hub with parking brake only. Any ideas? Thanks Jobn

Hey John, so the parking brake option on trailer axles is not super common but it's actually on the brake assembly side and not the hub/drum. The lightest capacity axle we have brakes with parking brakes built in is the 3.5k axle like with the brake assembly set part # K23-086-087-00 and then the parking brake # T2385200. This would require going with an axle with 3.5k spindles like the Timbren Axle Less part # ASR2KHDS03.
Then for a hub/drum you could use the part # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K.
