hi, i have a swagman 4 slot bike rack. the model number is SR-8190-04. I am looking at the locking anti-rattle thread hitch pin with the lock on the end. will this fit?

Hey Vince, I wasn't able to find anything with that part number but as long as that rack fits either a 1 1/4" or 2" receiver then yes you can use the Locking Anti-Rattle, Threaded Hitch Pin for Swagman Hitch Racks # S64029.
If it only work with a 2" hitch then you'd need # S64027 instead.
