Is there a Spare Tire Holder w/ a Bike Rack?

Question:
Does anyone make an RV rated combo E bike carrier/spare tire holder? How about a carrier for folded e bikes.

Not anymore no sorry. The best option I have for you is to use the Roadmaster Hitch Mounted Spare Tire Carrier w/ 2" Receiver Opening item # RM-195225 and the Swagman Dispatch Bike Rack item # S44FR. This bike rack has a 45 lbs capacity per bike and is our highest rated bike rack for what you're needing to do.
We do not have any bike rack's that are specifically designed for a folded bike. Our recommendations when we get these questions have been standard bike racks with your bike mounted open.
