Hello Michael. I am sorry to say that we do not offer the axle bushing and bolt for the Trailer Valet TV5X # STC-V211. We have the replacement wheel # TVXLSR but that is really the only replacement for that part for that part of the jack we offer. For the bushing and bolt I suggest that you reach out directly to trailer valet to see if they can provide one.
