Where is Pivot Release for Roadmaster Tow Dolly RM-2050-1

Question:
I have a Roadmaster RM3477 tow dolly. How do you pivot the deck to align with the fixed ramps so you can drive the car onto the deck?

Hey Jan, if you fastforward to the 35 second mark of the attached review video for the Roadmaster Tow Dolly part # RM-2050-1 you can see where the pivot pin is on the dolly that gets removed to allow the dolly tilt back and drop the ramps.
