I need help determining trailer tie downs. I have a 24 ft Sea Ray Sundancer-weight about 5600, trailer weighs about 2000. Thank you so much.

Thanks for reaching out, Kristen. When selecting boat tie-downs, you want to be sure the max load rating of the strap is greater than the weight of the trailer. For you I recommend the CargoBuckle G3 Retractable Ratchet Tie-Down Straps # IMF18800 which are rated for a 3,500 lb max load so more than enough for your 2,000 lb trailer. These CargoBuckle straps are super durable so they will do well in marine applications. The ratchet mechanism holds up well and keeps working even after several years of use.

Hey Kristen, how did the CargoBuckle G3 tie-down straps work out for your Sea Ray Sundancer trailer? Those seem like a solid match for your setup. Your feedback could really help others choosing tie-downs for similar boats.
