Question:
This adjustable towbar doesnt have an anti-rattle mechanism, so I am wondering if I could use two of the RM-061 clamps to tighten any slop. - The first RM-061 would be used where the MT70067 bolts to the the hitch on the vehicle - The second RM-061 would be used to secure the channel-type ball mount to the MT70067, to keep it from moving? Thank you

What you could use as an anti-rattle device for the ball mount platform of the MaxxTow Adjustable Ball Mount MT70067 would be the SoftRide Anti-Rattle Hitch Pin # SR25219. You would just need to replace one of the pins with this. I attached a review video for this anti-rattle device.
You could use another # SR25219 for the shank in the hitch, or you could use the # RM-061 that you referenced.
