Question:
I have a 2024 Ford Expedition that I’m trying to buy square bars for. The bars need to be wider than the vehicle for the Thule kayak hullivator that I am using. Currently, I am using 48 inch bars and they are about 2 -3 Inches short on either side. I am using the Square bars instead of the expedition bars because my older Thule hullivator does not fit my aero bars. Will this work? Part # INB165

Hello Christina. The 60" Inno Square Crossbars # INB165 you mentioned may work for you. These will only work with the Inno square bar towers, or the old-style Thule square bar towers. So as long as this is what you have they will work great. The 60" bars will provide the necessary 4-8" of overhang for the Hullavator system.
If you find yourself in need of a new roof rack I recommend the Yakima TimberLine roof rack # Y23NB. This comes with 60" HD crossbar which will also work with the Hullavator system.
