Hi Brian; we do not have a kit that will work as is but the # K71-385-00 will do what you need with some extra steps. The spring seats will need to be fully welded to the axle since the slipper springs shift back and forth. You will also need to replace the U-bolts since they're only 7" long. I would not replace them using your existing U-bolts so you will need to find new ones. Unfortunately, we don't have any that are 9" long.
Also, the U-bolt plate is designed for 1-3/4" wide double eye springs and your slipper springs are likely 2" wide. This means you will need to make your own or find a different U-bolt plate to replace the one with the kit. Realistically, with the U-bolts and plate being replaced you're better off putting your own kit together. The only thing you really need to add in addition to the bolts and plate are the spring seats like # TRSS300.

If I buy the spring seats and new U bolts, can I still use my same spring plates?

It sounds to me that I would be better off rolling my axles over. Then all I would need to do is roll the brake housing and blot them back on
