Hey William,

The manual is referring to the circuit breaker in your electric panel. There isn't a separate fuse to check on the microwave itself so you'll want to see if the circuit (outlet that's powering the microwave) is tripped. If it's not tripped go ahead and turn the breaker off, wait like 10-15 seconds, and then turn it back on. Some times the breaker will trip but not fully push the lever down to show you it's tripped. If this is the case then you'll want to replace the circuit breaker.

If the circuit breaker is fine you can test the outlet with a multimeter # PT89ZR to see if maybe it's bad. If the outlet is reading 110v-120v then the microwave is the culprit and it'll need to replaced. The closest option we current offer to replace the DOTR12CB would be the High Pointe Built-In RV Convection Microwave - Stainless Steel # HP49ZR or Black # HP99ZR. This microwave is 20-1/2" wide x 14-3/4" tall x 18-11/16" deep.

@William Pricing can vary day to day to stay competitive so I won't quote a price on here, but you can click on the # HP99ZR link to go to the product page and see the price. It should also be listed below this comment section in the "PRODUCTS REFERENCED IN THIS QUESTION" section if you scroll down.
