Yes, you can tilt the Benton ShiftShow Bike Rack # B94FR away from your vehicle while the bikes are still loaded! Just understand that they will make more contact with each other and you'll want to brace the rack to let it down gently since the weight of the bikes will cause it to fall pretty quickly.
