What is Needed to Activate Brake-Lite Relay on 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee

I have a 2014 jeep grand cherokee with push button start. What do I need for brake light disconnect. I tried the Roadmaster relay but turned out the brake wire voltage is too low when I measured it. Thanks.

Hello Jon,
You'll still use the Roadmaster Brake-Lite Relay Kit for Towed Vehicles # RM-88400, and install it using the instructions for push-button starts. However, your 2014 Grand Cherokee's brake switch (stoplight switch) isn't going to show voltage, so you also need to install the Roadmaster Stop Light Switch Kit # RM-751449.
This will give you the proper, consistent voltage necessary.
