Question:

We need to replace our door lock on our 2015 Keystone COUGAR 303 RLS but the pictures online dont match exactly. Recommendations?

Hey Teri,

To replace your entry door lock you'll just need to remove the backing plate and measure the cutout hole. Once we have the dimensions of the cutout hole it'll be a piece of cake to find a replacement. I've attached a video below where I installed the Global Link # 295-000019 you were looking at and will show you how to remove the old lock and measure the hole.

Hi Kevin, I will measure tonight. We actually purchased a lock system from you and got it yesterday, we thought it was the right one, but I think it's to small. So I'll need to return that one. I'll send you the measurements within the next 24 hours. Thank you, Teri Leckband

@KevinC It doesn't fit. The measurements are 3.5 width and 4.5 height. The one we purchased is wrong. I can send pics if that help determine everything. Thank you Teri

@TeriL Based on that cutout hole measurement you most likely have a Trimark lock. We unfortunately don't offer their brand but they'd be more than happy to help you get the right replacement if you reach out to them.
