Is the 62 inch from the ground to the bottom of the King Pin or how is that measured? The bottom of my king pin is currently 60.5 inches.

The Ultra-Fab 5th Wheel King Pin Tripod Stabilizer # UF19-950600 heights are measuring to the bottom of the cup where the bottom of your king pin is going to sit. So you will have about 1-1/2" of rise left on the stabilizer.
