Yes, the Roadmaster Hitch Spare Tire Mount # RM-195225 can be used on the back of a 5th wheel trailer. You must ensure you have a 2" receiver which is rated for the weight of the carrier(77lbs) and the spare tire. You may need the Adapter # RM-195225-95 as well to mount your trailer wheel.
