When to Add Air to Air Lift 1000 on 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Towing Trailer

When do you add air to the Helper bags for my 2023 Grand Cherokee L. I have purchased the air spring 1000 from you, but cant seem to find where it tells me when to add the air. Before or after adding the camper to the Car?
