Is Trimming Required to Install the etrailer Hitch e93ZR on a 2021 Nissan Rogue?

Item e93ZR says some trimming of the heat shield in the description, but there is nothing about it in the installation instructions. Can you fill me in?

I took a look at the instructions and watched an installation video we did on the etrailer item # e93ZR there's no trimming of the heat shield. This hitch is confirmed to fit your 2021 Nissan Rogue. I have linked the installation video below so you can see how to get this hitch set up.
If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # C44ER and a ball mount kit item # C45534.
