Updated 02/17/2026 | Published 06/20/2024

Question:

2020 Reflection wirh 2.0 auto leveling. Rear levelers work fine in auto level and retract in auto retract or manual. They will not extend using manual on keypad. Only trying to extend manual. Front levelers work fine in all modes. Any suggestions?

Hi Gary; since the legs work for auto leveling the problem is the signal being sent. What you need to do is take a tester like # PTW2993 and check the wires at the touchpad for proper voltage. The red and black as well as yellow and black wires should have 4 to 9 volts. If it is higher or lower you need to replace the touchpad with the # LC421484. If the touch pad checks out then the only thing left is the control module which can be replaced with # LC242623.

Hey Gary, did testing the voltage at the touchpad help you track down the issue with your rear levelers? Knowing what you found could really help others troubleshooting the same Ground Control 2.0 system.
