Minimum Water Pressure of Replacement Check Valve/Vacuum Breaker A10-3050

Question:
I have one of these, and it wont open. My house water pressure is only 40 psi, and I read that the BandB equivalent needs at least 40 psi to open. What is the minimum opening pressure of your unit?
