Question:
I have lost the manual crank for a towing master electric Jack. I keep trying to find the right size for the socket end but have been unsuccessful. Would you know what replacement product I could use?

Hello Susanne, thanks for reaching out. We do offer a few manual cranks that may work for your Towing Master electric jack, although we do not carry the Towing master brand, so we do not have anything specifically compatible.
Do you happen to know the socket size for your jack? Knowing that will really help to narrow down compatible options. Many of our manual crank handles, like the Replacement Manual Jack Handle for etrailer or RAM Electric A-Frame Jacks # EJ-3520-HD uses a 10mm hex socket. If you can tell me the socket size for your jack I am happy to see if we have anything for you.

Unfortunately that’s the exact issue I am dealing with. I am sure I can find a replacement crank but without knowing the socket size, it’s been fruitless. I have found manuals online but they do not list the socket size. I am hoping someone “out there” has the information.
