Question:
If I upgrade to a lifepo4 battery in my camper, will it hurt the alternator in my 2018 F-150 while towing. I have a 200 watt solar panel on the roof of my camper so I dont have to worry about charging. Just want to make sure I wont hurt my truck with the 7 pin connected

There will be no issues upgrading the battery in your camper to a LiFePO4 battery such as the Go Power! # GP99QR. Your 7-way will not send power back to the alternator like that.
You'll just want to make sure you change the settings in your charge controller to match your new battery so your 200 watt solar panel charges the battery correctly.
